Eyetech has published detailed specifications and price info of two Micro AmigaOne models. The commercial µ-A1-C and industrial µ-A1-I are expected to be in shops in October and November respectively. Ready-to-run systems in distinctive cases are to be expected later on. As was previously shown on <a href=http://www.atumtech.com/testssss/image2/IMGP0860.jpg>this</a> picture the ArticiaP has been given a memory speed boost from 166Mhz DDR to 200Mhz DDR, and as this <a href=http://www.mai.com/products/BRA670R2.0.pdf>pdf</a> shows the CPU bus has been given a bump up to 200Mhz. The proccess has been "moved" from a 0.25µm proccess to a 0.18µm one. March 21, 2004
The Articia P has received a speed bump (400Mhz DDR memory instead of 333Mhz and probably a bump of the CPU bus too). This is the Northbridge that is due to go into the future AmigaOne-XC from Eyetech. There is also some information on what can be expected with the new Northbridge the Aritcia I and "budget" variant, the Is. |
